First massage the Body Scrub over damp skin, which will have the effect of a healing exfoliation. Then bathe in the hot water scented with Body Scrub's essential oils. Your pores will be opened and your bio-energy field will be strengthened.

Body Scrub nourishes both bodily and emotional well-being. It restores and relaxes the nervous system and leaves the skin glowing. It is not to be used in the early stages of pregnancy.
