The ancient earth is at the very heart of ila. Absolutely everything comes from a plant or mineral – and nothing else. This stems from our faith in nature as the source of real wellbeing.
| We seek the highest levels of purity in our ingredients, which are mostly organic. Where they are not it is because we believe we have found an alternative of even greater purity. In such cases, this is due to discovering sources that draw on ancient conditions of growing and manufacture, resulting in even more ethical products.
Ila supports growers, communities and projects that restore much-needed balance to the environment. They do this through traditional farming methods and by re-introducing indigenous plants. They also restore balance to the community itself through education and health care. |

Purity is vital to ila. Really pure ingredients, often found only in remote parts of the world, hold high levels of vibrational energy. This is harnessed in the products and absorbed by the skin. Because of this, ila works on the subtle energies within our bodies with powerful healing effect.
Ila products are beyond organic – they work on a deep level to restore, to nurture and to balance people, community and the sustainability of our earth.
Ila is proud to have formed the beyond organic foundation which will draw attention to these important issues. We are planning a conference and other events in 2008.

THE BEYOND ORGANIC FOUNDATION
The Directors of Ila formed The Beyond Organic Foundation as an educational charity. There is an urgent need to work with the earth in a respectful way, restoring the natural balance and rhythm of nature which has been lost. We do this by creating ‘Global Exchange’ to educate western civilisations whose huge purchasing power can be used more positively; and by supporting communities who work with the earth in ways which restore the earth’s natural harmony and balance.

The Beyond Organic Foundation has been formed to support projects and farming techniques that re-establish healthy communities and traditional methods of farming, which in turn support the balance of the earth rather than destroying it.
The Beyond Organic Foundation will inspire, connect, communicate and develop action with people who are entirely focused on balancing the positive abundance that mother nature offers us. We co-ordinate knowledge from many different fields to prevent any further negative effects on local communities and our beautiful earth. |
