Delivery
At ila we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, so we aim to ship your orders within 24 hours. We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, TNT, Fedex and Interlink to ensure the shipment is in safe hands.
Please note that all deliveries have to be signed for.
UK
Delivery Times
Between 1 to 3 working days.
If you urgently require your order to be delivered the next day, please order online by 1pm and call customer services to request immediate shipment. Although we do not guarantee next day delivery, we will try to do our best to fulfill your request.
Please note: Next day delivery is only available for orders placed by 1pm Mon-Thurs. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, please contact us if you need urgent Saturday delivery.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 to all UK destinations. Delivery on all orders below £75 is £4.95.
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery Times
Orders to the rest of Europe are delivered in between 3 to 5 working days.
Orders to all destinations outside of Europe are delivered in between 4 to 7 working days.
