    Ordering ila Products:
    Online: You can buy ila products through this website. Please enter the Shop through the link on the top right hand side of the information bar.

    By phone: Please call us on +44 (0)1608 677 676 between 09:30 - 17:30 Monday-Friday and we will take your order and process your payment details at once. If we are unavailable for any reason, a voicemail will take your details. We will call you back as soon as possible, normally within 1 working day.

    Retail Outlets: Please visit our Stockists page for full details of all stockists who currently hold the ila skincare range.

    Delivery information (UK orders/International orders)
    Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

    UK orders: Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays) and should be with you in 3-5 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product, please contact ila customer services by email at info@ila-spa.com or on +44 (0)1608 677 676.

    International orders: Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays) and should be with you in 5-10 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. If it has been more than ten working days and you have not received your product, please contact ila customer services by email at info@ila-spa.com or on +44 (0)1608 677 676.

    Shipping charges: Our shipping charges will appear on your ordering form online, or will be notified to you if you choose to place your order by telephone. We ensure that our shipping charges are always competitive. We ship to most destinations worldwide but if your country does not appear on our online list, please call ila customer services on +44 (0)1608 677 676 or send us an email at info@ila-spa.com and we will be happy to quote a delivery charge for your order.

    VAT and duties
    On orders delivered to Guernsey, Jersey, the Channel Islands and outside the EC, Customs duty, tax and applicable fees may be assessed on your purchases. The recipient will have to pay these charges separately when the package is delivered. For more information, contact your nearest Customs Office.

    Returns policy
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your ila skincare products, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund if the products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns are generally handled within seven working days of receiving the products.

    Please enclose a note giving us your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: ila Customer Services, Unit 4, Gate Farm, Park Road, Kiddington, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1DB. Please ensure that the package is securely wrapped. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

    Please note that if you have purchased your products from one of our stockists, returns or exchanges will be dealt with by them directly.

    Cancelling an Order
    You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1608 677 676 during our opening hours.

    You can also notify us of cancellation by sending an email to info@ila-spa.com with your name, address and order reference number.
