These awards were established to recognise the wonderful work of the many devoted ila therapists across the globe whose energy and commitment remains one of our greatest sources of motivation.
 
ila's unique treatment philosophy strives to promote the personal growth of therapists by helping them to find connection, balance and calm, enabling them to channel the purest energy and so deliver the best possible experience.
 
These award are open to all  ila  trained Therapists currently working in a spa delivering ila treatments .  All nominations and documentation to be submitted by 30th November 2013, with the winner being announced December 2013. All documentation to be included in a creative personal presentation portfolio with images. Either soft copy via email (luisa@ila-spa.com) or printed copy sent to ila Head Office in the UK.

ila's unique treatment philosophy strives to promote the personal growth of therapists by helping them to find connection, balance and calm, enabling them to channel the purest energy and so deliver the best possible experience.

As the ila family grows so too does our appreciation for the individuals, near and far, who so actively embrace and spread the energy of ila.

For our inaugural awards, we invited entries from our partner spas around the world. The response was incredibly humbling, but in the end two winners stood out: both are intimately involved in the education of their spa team and have shown a level of personal transformation, self care and commitment to ila’s philosophy and treatments that is, quite simply, inspirational.

“I am really proud to be an iIa therapist, as I have a chance to transfer my energy and knowledge again but this time more to our beloved guests. When training for the first time with ila and learning the yoga I experienced something special – I had been suffering from back pain and noticed that after a few days it had gone. I truly felt the power behind the yoga taught by ila and knew it would bring great healing to our guests that experienced it too. Being an ila therapist I have to prepare myself by practising yoga and breathing technique in my daily life. Practising yoga has increased my flexibility and balanced my energy in performing ila treatments. Yoga, breathing exercise and healthy food is my lifestyle to promote my performance. The breathing exercise is a great tool to control my emotional balance when taking care of guests.
